MasterCut waterjet cutting system
Efficient and precise
STM MasterCut waterjet cutting systems are the perfect all-rounders for advanced cutting tasks. STM MasterCut waterjet cutting systems offer the possibility to create sophisticated 2D cuts – optionally with the STM TAC 12° cutting head for automatic bevel cut compensation.
The durable and high-quality design in stainless steel and aluminum are the main focus of STM waterjet cutting systems. Characteristic features are the concealed linear guides without bellows and a high-pressure tube carried along the axes.
The fully digital drive consists of a brushless AC servo motor with multi-axis NUM CNC control. The associated software runs on a standard Windows PC. The integrated lance flushing system enables efficient flushing of the abrasive sand from the cutting pan.
